Planning an event from scratch is a full-time job. Our Full-Service Event Planning takes every detail off your plate — from the initial concept and vendor selection all the way through day-of execution and post-event wrap-up.

We start with a discovery conversation to understand your vision, guest count, and budget. From there, we develop a comprehensive event plan, contact and book all vendors, manage payments and contracts, and build a detailed day-of timeline. On the day of your event, we're on-site from start to finish to make sure everything runs exactly as planned.

Ideal for: Milestone birthday celebrations, bridal and baby showers, corporate Employee Appreciation Days, graduation parties, high school proms and after-proms, and any host who simply wants to show up and enjoy their event.

Starting at $1,495 for approximately 30 hours of comprehensive planning and day-of execution. Custom quotes provided based on guest count, vendor complexity, and event scope.

Planning service rates do not include the provision of any decor elements.
